Technical Support Engineer :
The applicant must have a good knowledge of Linux / Windows operating system. Should have good written and spoken English. Applicant having knowledge of control panels like Cpanel, Whm, plesk would be preferred. Certification in Linux or Windows will be an advantage.

Linux/Windows System Administrator :
The Applicant must have at least 1-2 yrs experience in Linux and Windows Operating System. Should have a good knowledge of system processes. The applicant must be certified in Linux / Windows operating system. Knowledge of Web Hosting control panel or shell / perl scripting will be preferred .
